Oracle RAC:
host1 + host2 + emc share storage. (ASM + RAW device)
host3 (just install oracle software).
Oracle RAC database file is in EMC share storage.
If host1 and host2 servers can not work now, How to use host3 to mount this database?
(Give me some direction. Thanks)

You seem incapable or unwilling to read the solution to your question from published material.
Why should anyone waste their time posting the same information in the manual here just for you?
host3 would use the same commands as host1 or host2 to mount database.
