Oracle Version:10.2.0.3.0
OS:Redhat AS 4

Dear All,

i want to upgrade oracle 10g DB from 10.2.0.3.0 to 10.2.0.4.0 ,basically i have to apply the patch which i had already downloaded from metalink
First i have to stop all oracle related services
1-DB shutdown
2-Stop Listener etc
will you please tell me which other services i should have to stop (please provide me the commad as well to stop services)
will you also please tell me the step-by-step to applt the patch at both oracle home and upgrade the production db.
