Hi,

I have installed PL/SQL developer v 7.1.5
When I try to connect to Database I am getting following error

ORA-12154; TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

I am able to connect by using Toad and sqlplus by using the same orahome.

Please let me know the solution for the same.
