My report works well on desktop records for each employee on a page then next page for the next employee.
But when I print the report some employee records comes on two papers.
I think page on paper differ from page on desktp .
I am using A4 .
What should I do?

Kindly, help.

The reason might be difference between report's layout size and paper size.

Go to Object Navigator, expand Paper Layout node and choose Main Section. Open its Property Inspector window and adjust Width and Height so that they would reflect paper size (A4). It is possible that you'll have to calculate these values if report sizes are in inches, while A4 is in centi/milimeters. 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

I already did that, but not OK.

My report is HTMLCSS format, I think Enternet Explorer read it as one page.

If I should change format tell me the better solution.

All what I need is to print records for every employee on one paper.

Hm, now I'm confused a little bit. Are you talking about the "Page Protect" frame property which should be set to "Yes"? Or should you redesign your report so that all fields fit the same page?

I have page protect 'Yes' for employee frame.

There is no problem when running report on desktop using report builder, each employee comes in one page.
I've also page break after for employee frame.

The problem happens when calling reprot from explorer and print on paper.
I'll attach 'print preview'.

Kindly, it is clear in the attachment .
Why page 2 comes in same paper with page 1?

One more idea: open repeating frame's Property Inspector window and set "Maximum Records per Page" value to 1.

Thanks for your help.

Also, I've maximum record per page set to 1 fro employees frame.

The problem is why page2 comes on same papaer with page1?

The report parameters feels with two pages and separate records,
but both (1,2) pages come on same paper.
