hi,
I have installed oracle xe,apex 3.1 and also BIP. Everything is fine as of now. If i decide to upgrade the database oracle xe to oracle standard edition or entreprise edition, should i also reinstall apex and BIP or is it enough if i upgrade only xe to se or ee without touching apex or BIP. What will happen to the application and reports?
