Since you provide no meaningful clues for us, we can not provide any meaningful suggestions to you.

What clues exist in the MTA server (maillog?)?

Hi dear,
when i connected with database > clicked on the preferences >
Notification Rules > there are 4 rules by default.
i am connected as user sys as sysdba.
clicked on the option button select the one existing one and than clicked on the edit button
Edit Notification Rule Agents unreachable.> select database instance > click Next
notification rules> selected up and down > clik NExt >

Metrics

sevrity states critical , warning,clear >

i select both critical and warnings and
selected tablespace space used(%)

than clicked Next>
it asking for tablespace name i selected all tablespaces.clicked Next>

checked mark send email check box and click next > clicked finished

showing preview.

now one question is how to schedule specific rule in the database. ( this may be error.)

i just select option button and clicked on the schedule > than edit schedule.>
than put my email.

but stil am not able to recive any mail from database although test mail i can recive.

thanks
