I've tried several things and set USE_SHARED_SOCKET everywhere I can think of, but I can still see that Oracle is not staying on port 1521 for the requests. The incoming connection is at 1521, but the request back to the client is set to something else like 4444 and it won't work because my ACL is set to 1521. Any other method I can use to force it to use 1521 always for the communications? Thanks.
