Might I suggest that you reject any offers of 9i RAC training? The product is very outdated, and the architectural changes with 10g are huge. The best option would probably be a course based on 11g Release 1; the content should be backward compatible with 10g. 11g R2 would be a different matter: there are big architectural changes that would make much of the content not backward compatible.
Remember that there may be issues with the legality of courses offered by institutions that are not Oracle Education Partners.
