Hi I am unable to start the listener.When I start it I get this error



LISTENER2 =
(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 10.0.20.221)(PORT = 1522))
)

SID_LIST_LISTENER2 =
(SID_LIST =
(SID_DESC =
(GLOBAL_DBNAME = cest)
(ORACLE_HOME = D:\oracle10g)
(SID_NAME = cest)
)
)


When I try to start it is showing

Maybe your user has not the administrator privilege (although that error 0 usually means no error).

listener1 does not exist?

So does it work with listener2 or not?
Do NOT type, COPY AND PASTE (in text mode inside the post NOT image).
