yes, now i have another IP address, i'm connected to my home access point. Now it works.. anyway, i can't explain why, but now it's ok. (i can't find this information in any documentation).
one more problem i have: the agent status is unreachable, after logging in EM : http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/192/unled123k.jpg/
but the agent is running and ready:

Ok, and what do you want to say with this? I know, i asked on OTN too. But the dbconsole is working! Only the agent's status is unreachable.
The OEM works, i can log on in OEM.
I don't need to reconfigure dbconsole in my case because the problem is with the agent (which agent, i don't know)

Ok, i know that topic but there is no helpful answer. Maybe here i can got a helpful answer, or not?

you should be asking EM what the problem is & not us.
We have no idea what does or does not exist on your system.
We only know what you post & the post provides no clues why EM & agent are not playing nice together.
