I have difficulties in imagining what you are saying and how it looks like. Could you post a screenshot (possibly both layout editor as well as report output)?

Not in a quick reply; go to "Reply" (there's a button in a right bottom corner of every messages, among "Delete", "Edit", "Reply" and "Quote").

That page allows you to upload files and attach them to your messages.

Much clearer now; thank you.

Try to enclose SHIPMENT_NO, PIT_NO, STORE and STORE_TOTAL into its own frame (not a repeating one, just a frame). In order to do it easily:
- select these 4 fields and their labels
- group them (Ctrl + G)
- draw a frame around them
- move the frame to the background (so that it contains these 4 fields and their labels)
- ungroup the fields (Ctrl + Shift + G)

You might need to adjust fields a little bit so that you could draw a frame (as they are top aligned with the frame), but I suppose that it won't be too difficult. The final result should look like this (note the red "frame") (I did that in MS Paint, it is not a real report layout):
