What did it say? Any error with accompanying error code? If so, which one?

I can't say that I'd be happy if my form compilation produces thousands of warnings, but - what does it have to do with the problem you mentioned - login information? From my point of view: before using a form, you must connect to a database. In order to do that, Oracle displays login screen which requires you to enter username, password and database you are connecting to. That's perfectly normal, so I don't understand what is a problem.

Previously, I asked whether you provided these information and how Oracle responded, while your message reports compilation info and repeated "login screen".

Maybe I don't understand the question, but someone else might. Let's wait for that someone to help, I'm afraid I'm rather useless here.

(As I said, I'm afraid I can't help much, but) the last screenshot displays login screen. You said that you entered username and password. Then - what? You clicked the "Login" button, right? What happened? Could you post a screenshot of that moment (after you clicked the "Login" button)?

Forgot to ask: as this appears to be a JDeveloper question, would you like us to move it over there? Unfortunately, both Oracle Apps. and JDeveloper forums don't have regular members (visiting the board on at least daily basis) who are capable of answering questions related to these products, so I'm not sure that moving it would do any good. However, I thought that I should offer it to you.

Hi Alaa,

After entering Username and password in login screen what exactly should happen for you.
can you post the exact error information you are getting it.

After entering login information and clicking on login button what needs to happen there, did you write code for that button?

Cheers
