In India it's 12:56 AM IST, already time to celebrate. Let's see how many congratulate you. More importantly, how many would get the chance to have a drink with you.

Cheers!!!

Well, if anyone wants to pop over to Glasgow, I'll happily buy you a dram.

I wish you have another pair of twins /forum/fa/8295/0/. Meanwhile, enjoy in /forum/fa/1602/0/ & /forum/fa/7776/0/!

P.S. 21? Again? What's the multiplier this year? /forum/fa/10057/0/

Oh good grief, no more kids! I love my two to bits, they're fantastic, but I couldn't handle any more!
21? The multiplier is (almost) 2.

You don't even know how close it was for us to meet in Glasgow! As you probably know, there'll be a football match between Scotland and Croatia tomorrow evening (which won't solve anything; you dropped out any World cup combination, we are still hoping). So, if I was a true football fan, I'd probably join some 1000 Croats and visit Glasgow.

However, I'm attending 19th HrOUG conference this week. Tomorrow evening is the opening, with the special guest - Miroslav Chiro Blazevich (wiki), maybe the most popular coach we've ever had. He managed to get the bronze medal on FIFA World cup in 1998 in France. It is said that all of us (IT people) will be watching the game on a big screen, drinking free beer, chatting, drooling over pretty hostesses and stuff.

Oh, yes - and the very special guest is Ask Tom Kyte (not during the football match, some time later this week)!

Well, you can't enter lecture halls without a pass, but noone prevents you from socializing in a lobby with whoever you want (Tom included).

I was going to go tonight, but I decided against it, I'll be meeting up with some friends after the game for a swift pint (quiet one, work in the morning)

Is there a jealousy smiley? Smile Fantastic, I hope that you get some time with both of them.
Have a great time today and good luck for tonight, I just hope Stimac doesn't field too weakened a team (you've got a lot of players one card off a ban) and we get a good game of it.

I'm back from HrOUG; I thought I'll write some kind of a report, but I won't. You know how it goes - a little bit of everything, lectures & fun. If you click here, you'll access (at least, I hope so) this year's pictures. You'll see Tom Kyte (somewhere on picture #150 or so), hostesses, go-go dancers etc. Have fun!
