The root (/) mount point got full

please see the below output for df -h
/dev/dsk/c0d0s0 4.7G 4.5G 121M 98% /

/dev/dsk/c0d0s7 105G 3.3G 100G 4% /export/home

Can some one tell me how to add space from /export/home to / ?

you can not do so directly.
At best you could create a softlink which would redirect to directory under /export/home
