I am seeing this error while resatrting the Weblogic server.
<JVMDAgent|jvmti/ThreadSystem.c:1582><warning-Data not copied,Memory overrun avoided while calculating monitors>

Could anyone explain me why we are getting this error?

Welcome to the forum. Please read our OraFAQ Forum Guide and please read How to use [code] tags and make your code easier to read

If you would like assistance, you must provide a lot more information. You have not even said if you are using the Sun JVM or Jrockit. And of course you need to give the complete error stack.
However, you probably need to increase the xms and xmx settings in (possibly) your setDomainEnv.sh script.
