I have datafile control file and Redo Logfile .
How can I restore database using datafile control file and Redo Logfile to new server ?

If you have all files then just ORADIM to create the Oracle database service, create a new pfile with just db_name (and maybe db_block_size if it is not standard) in $ORACLE_HOME/database and start the service.

You don't mention the Oracle version, so I'm going to assume 11.2.x See here.
