creating user / roles with maximum CPU percentage [message #65672]

Hi all,

we do need to set up readable and writeable users in our Oracle 9.2.0.4 which only get a percentage on CPU combined. We do not know how many of them work at the same time, but the Performance this sessions / users should take together should not be above 10 % of the DB-Performance.

During Oracle Admin Course I got the nformation how to give a role milliseconds in SHM, but we do need to grant them a combined performance.

Oracle said that there is a way, but it's part of Performance-Tuning.

Do anyone has a user / role which wil have this feature activated ?
