thank u for urs reply.
but when I select help topics from system help,
it does not show the help tables.
plz let me practically (with query or with example) that how can i do it.
i will be very grateful to u for this kindness.

desc system.help

select topic,info from system.help where topic='APPEND'

You need to run a script to load the tables in the SYSTEM schema. Edit the file in ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/help/helpbld.sql. This is located on the sever. Once you have run this it will work as exoected.
