I want to use iSQL plus on my stand alone PC

while my platform is WINDOWS XP

database is ENTERPRIZE 9.0.1

Hello
First Check if your HTTP server is started. if not , start it from services or from start/programs/oracle home/oracle http server/start http server.
Then enter URL http://MachineName/isqlplus on your browser(IE or any other browser use). This must run your isqlplus.
