Hi,

what is the difference between db_16k_cache_size and db_block_buffers?
my data_block_size is 16k

You can't use db_16k_cache_size if your block size is 16K.
db_nk_cache_size is for non standard block size.

Btw, don't use db_block_buffers, use db_cache_size. Or better use SGA_TARGET.

Is 16k is standard one? why we have this parameter...(db_nk_cache_size )

A non standard block is one that is different from the SYSTEM tablespace block size (also known as database block size).
