i have one existing database name dbsib.And dbsib is the recovery catalog.
and i had created one new database on a different machine name
newdb.
how to add this database i.e newdb to the recovery catalog(dbsib)
i had put an entry in the tnsnames.ora file in dbsib i.e i added newdb in dbsib.
but i cant able to connect to the recovery catalog.
please guide me how to do that?

Verify that ORACLE_HOME is set properly
