I am using Oracle 9i Database. My database is not starting and unknown error is coming. When I start the 'sqlplusw' and log in as sysdba and query any table which exists in the user schema, error generates that

ORA-01219: database not open: queries allowed on fixed tables/views only

When I do shutdown this appears:

ORA-01109: database not open

When I do startup or startup force this appears:

Total System Global Area 135338868 bytes
Fixed Size 453492 bytes
Variable Size 109051904 bytes
Database Buffers 25165824 bytes
Redo Buffers 667648 bytes
Database mounted.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcratr1_lostwrt], [], [], [], [],
[], [], []

Well I donot understand what error is this, as I am a student and I do not how to resolve it. I have also restarted the oracle service but database is not opening so what should I do??
