hello all group members

i have a .dmp file as HOFAS which is created from a database
whose User Name is hofas & Host String is nrclinux.

i want to copy all tables with data in my database for testing
.My database user Name is scott & hostring is axiom

What shoud i do? please give me step by step solution.As I dont know about DBA concepts.

import it easily.

on command prompt write imp and enter
then follow the instructions.

Or try "imp help=yes" and choose the options.
