i have adb server that connected to some domain
and the it manager want to change the domain name
I want to know will this affect the db or clients connected to the server

no really, it depends how the tns-names is set up. You need to reconfigure tns an listener, but this might be all.

If you change the domain name and you have the DB console configured, then you may have to reconfigure the DB console.
