I have to install oracle database 10.2.0.1 on three different rhel 4 servers.
Ofcourse, there is no problem in installing them individually.
But it is possible to install oracle at three different machines simultaneously using network?

Did you look into silent install options? Not exactly what you are looking, but works without much human interaction.

silent installation would automate installation on a single server. I want to automate it on three servers such that oracle gets installed on all the three machines at one go.

Just include it (i mean, the silent options/response file thingies ) along with the jumpstart procedures. Talk to your Unix folks.
Something like this.

I still do not understand what you mean by that.
Unless you are in some kind of clustered environment, you cannot do parallel installation. As said above, you need to setup individual response files and do it individually.
