Hi,
I need to convert my database (version 10.1.0.5 ) character set from WE8ISO8859P1 to UTF8, the OS is SUN 5.8. What is the best method to achieve this? Did anyone had any problem doing this conversion?

There is only one way: export/create a new database/import

Migrating a Character Set Using the CSALTER Script
