Missing u0902000.sql file when upgrading? [message #304797]

I'm testing an upgrade from 9.2.0 to 10.2.0.1. I downloaded the 10gr2_db_sol.cpio software from Oracle. I've created the new ORACLE_HOME, loaded all the software, and brought the target database up with 'startup upgrade'. However, baffling to me is that the u0902000.sql file does not exist in the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin directory as detailed in the Oracle upgrade doc. Has anyone else seen this? All other software has been installed and no errors existed when I ran OUI.
