Hi,
I have NLS_CHARACTERSET set to WE8ISO8859P1 and NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET is AL16UTF16.

I want to convert the nls characgterset to UTF8 to support multi language and wonder whether I have to convert the NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET also to UTF8 or i can leave as it is.

Don't care about NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET, don't convert it.
It is more likely you'll never use it and AL16UTF16 contains all what AL32UTF8 contains.
Use AL32UTF8 and not UTF8 that is no more supported from 10g.
