i installed oracle 10g on linux its working properly till nomount stage and i am unable to create database(i.e its giving error) like
ORA1501create database failed
ORA0200-control file cannot create
ORA0202-control file already exist(but i am creating database first time)
ORA27038 errors....
these are errors i am getting .PLS give me solution to solve this problem

SQL> shutdown abort
SQL> EXIT

rm ${DATAFILES_DIR}/*
# make sure the directory holding Oracle datafiles & control files have NO files before invoking dbca.
